These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website upskeeling.com and all services, programs, and communications provided by Upskeeling ("we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the website, contacting us via WhatsApp or email, registering for a demo session, or enrolling in any paid or free program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, learners, and any other persons who interact with Upskeeling in any capacity.

Upskeeling is an online skills training and mentorship platform focused on SAP FICO consulting and related enterprise software training. We offer live instructor-led sessions, one-on-one coaching, career mentorship, and placement support to aspiring SAP professionals.

Our primary communication channels are WhatsApp (+91 87631 89057), email, and this website. All enrollment and support inquiries are handled through these channels.

Our programs are open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older, or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
• Are genuinely interested in learning SAP FICO or related enterprise skills.
• Have access to a stable internet connection and a device suitable for live online sessions.

Upskeeling reserves the right to deny enrollment to any individual at its sole discretion, particularly in cases involving fraudulent intent, misrepresentation, or prior violation of these Terms.

Upskeeling offers the following types of services:

• Live Group Batches: Instructor-led SAP FICO training in scheduled cohort batches.
• 1-on-1 Training: Personalised, flexible sessions tailored to the learner's pace and goals.
• Career Mentorship: Resume preparation, interview coaching, mock interviews, and job search guidance.
• Demo / Orientation Sessions: Free introductory sessions offered before enrollment.
• Session Recordings: Recordings of your own live sessions, provided for personal revision only.

Service details, batch schedules, durations, and pricing are communicated directly through WhatsApp or email and may change without prior notice on the website.

Enrollment in any paid program is confirmed only upon receipt of the full fee (or agreed installment, if applicable) by Upskeeling. Seat allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
• All payments must be made through the payment methods communicated by our team (UPI, bank transfer, or other approved modes).
• Upskeeling does not accept cash payments unless explicitly arranged and confirmed in writing.
• Fee structures and installment plans, where offered, are agreed upon individually and communicated over WhatsApp or email before enrollment.
• Upskeeling reserves the right to revise pricing for future batches at any time without prior notice.

Upskeeling is committed to delivering high-quality training and will work with learners to resolve genuine concerns. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Before the program begins: A refund request made before the first paid session commences may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion, after deducting any administrative costs.
• After sessions have commenced: Fees paid for sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
• Mid-program discontinuation: If a learner voluntarily discontinues mid-program, no refund will be issued for the remaining sessions.
• Program cancellation by Upskeeling: If we cancel a batch or program, enrolled learners will receive a full refund or an option to transfer to an alternate batch.

All learners are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct throughout their engagement with Upskeeling. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Recording, distributing, or reselling session content without written permission from Upskeeling.
• Sharing login credentials, session links, or materials with third parties.
• Using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language with trainers, mentors, or other learners.
• Misrepresenting qualifications or experience during career support activities.
• Plagiarism or use of another's work in assessments or projects.

Upskeeling reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any learner who violates these conduct standards, without refund.

All content provided by Upskeeling — including but not limited to session materials, curriculum documents, presentations, study notes, practice datasets, templates, and recordings — is the exclusive intellectual property of Upskeeling.

• Content is licensed to enrolled learners for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any Upskeeling content in any form is strictly prohibited.
• The Upskeeling name, logo, and branding elements may not be used without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. If you wish to collaborate, reference, or republish content, contact us at contact@upskeeling.com.

When you interact with Upskeeling — whether through this website, WhatsApp, or email — you may share personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, educational background, and professional details.

• This data is used solely to provide and improve our services, communicate with you, and support your learning journey.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
• WhatsApp conversations are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours.

Upskeeling provides training, mentorship, and career support in good faith, but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, including but not limited to:

• Job placement, hiring, or salary outcomes.
• Passing any SAP certification or third-party examination.
• Availability of specific trainers or mentors at all times.
• Uninterrupted or error-free delivery of online sessions (subject to internet and platform availability).

Our services are provided "as is" to the best of our ability. Results vary based on individual effort, prior knowledge, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Upskeeling and its trainers, mentors, and associates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or your reliance on any content or advice provided.

Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the fees actually paid by you to Upskeeling for the specific program in question.

Upskeeling reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. For significant changes, we may notify enrolled learners via WhatsApp or email.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in LB Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500070, India.

We encourage learners to resolve any concerns directly with us before pursuing formal legal remedies. We are always open to dialogue.
